Terms & Conditions

  1. Students, parents, and guardians agree to adhere to all of the rules and expectations set forth by Westchester Country Day School.
  2. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of enrollment/re-enrollment. The deposit will be credited towards tuition.
  3. If Westchester Country Day School (“WCDS”) is notified in writing on or after June 1, 2017 that the student is withdrawing or will not attend WCDS (regardless of the reason), I/we agree to pay one-half of the student's tuition and all fees.
  4. If on or after July 1, 2017 either (a) WCDS is notified in writing that the student is withdrawing or will not attend WCDS (regardless of the reason), or (b) WCDS dismisses the student for any reason, then in the event of either (a) or (b), I/we agree to pay the student’s full tuition and all fees.
  5. A student will not be able to attend classes for the intended school year if there is an outstanding balance for the previous year(s). Finance charges will apply to any unpaid balances.
  6. In the event of default of this agreement, it is understood that all costs relating to collection and/or reasonable attorney’s fees will be incurred by the defaulting party.
