How to Apply
We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year.
Our online application allows you to submit your documents efficiently and monitor the status of your application throughout the admissions process. Please follow the steps below to get started. The admissions process is not complete until WCDS receives and reviews all required materials.
Step 1: Create an Account
To begin the application process, you must create an account in our school information system. Once you complete the form, a user account will be created and you will receive an email with your username and a link to set up your password. This username and password will allow you to access the Admissions Portal and begin the online application for admission at any time.
Step 2: Log In to Begin the Online Application
Log in to the Admissions Portal using your username and password. On the portal home screen, click on “View Application” and then “Add New Applicant” to fill out the application for your child(ren).
Step 3: Complete All Supplemental Application Requirements
Ensure you have completed all of the requirements listed on the Admissions Portal. This includes the application, academic evaluation forms, transcripts/report cards, admissions screening, campus visit, and the application fee.
