Celebrations Set For Blue-White Spirit Day
One of our favorite times of the year is here! Westchester will celebrate Spirit Week on October 7-11 and end the week with our annual Blue-White Spirit Day on Friday. All families are invited to campus for an afternoon of fun, games, and food from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Then plan to stay for an evening including many athletic events, a groundbreaking ceremony and naming announcement for the new student center at 5:30 p.m., and Senior Night for fall athletes at 6:30 p.m.
SPIRIT WEEK
Everyone is invited to dress up for the following spirit days:
- Monday - Jersey Day
- Tuesday - Pink Out
- Wednesday - Crazy Sock Day
- Thursday - Pajama Day
- Friday - Blue-White Day
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We need lots of volunteers to make this day a success. We need people to man the different inflatables as well as floater volunteers. FREE childcare will be given for volunteers that day in After School. If you need childcare services please note this in the comment section when you sign up. We need to borrow several canopies for the day. We also need cakes and other baked goods for the cake walk. Baked goods can be delivered to the Finch Faculty Workroom the morning of the event.
