Homecoming Set for January 6

Westchester Country Day School invites all families and alumni to attend the Homecoming festivities on Friday, Jan. 6, 2023.
Put on your blue and white and show your school spirit. There will be fun for Wildcats of all ages throughout the week, including Spirit Days, a pep rally, basketball games and the Homecoming Court. Westchester also will honor this year's WCDS Athletic Hall of Fame inductees.
Spirit Week, Jan. 3-6
All students and faculty are encouraged to dress up for the following spirit days:
- 1/3 - Pajama Day
- 1/4 - Name Day - Dress as an item that starts with the same letter as your first name.
- 1/5 - Throwback Thursday - Represent a decade: 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s
- 1/6 - Blue-White Day
Homecoming Schedule of Events
Join us for the following festivities on Friday, Jan. 6:
- 5:00 p.m. - Girls Varsity Basketball vs. Davidson Day
- 6:00 p.m. - Westchester Athletic Hall of Fame Induction for Deuce Bello '11, Steve Grimm '80, and Robert East '75
- 6:30 p.m. - Boys Varsity Basketball vs. Davidson Day
- Homecoming Court will be immediately following the basketball games.
Alumni are invited to gather in the hospitality room throughout the evening. The school store will be open in the gym during the games.
