Kay Willard has been a member of Westchester’s Booster Club since 2004, holding the positions of vice president, president, and treasurer. She has served as the concession chair since 2012, and in 2016, the outdoor concession stand was named “Kay’s Café” in her honor. She has served as team mom for numerous WCDS teams, even after her sons Virgil (’08) and Garrett (’14) graduated from WCDS. She has served as a member of Westchester’s Board of Trustees, Blue and White Auction Committee, Graduation Committee, and Westchester All Parents’ Association (WAPA) Decorations Committee. She was the WAPA New Parent Liaison from 1997-1999 and a class/grade mom from 1996-2006.

Willard received the Margaret Kemper Bonney Volunteer Award in 2014, the Chuck and Carol Hamblet Award in 2015, an honorary Iron Wildcat Award in 2017, and special recognition from the Athletic Department in 2007 and 2014.
