Walsh went on to play golf at the University of Virginia for four seasons (2015-19), where he was an All-American in 2017. He won two individual titles, including the 2018 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship, and earned 2018 All-America Third Team recognition. Walsh received All-ACC laurels in 2018 and 2019, All-ACC Academic honors all four seasons, and All-America Scholar honors in 2017, 2018 and 2019. He graduated from UVA with a degree in politics. In 2021, Walsh played in seven of eight PGA Tour Latinoamérica tournaments, making three cuts and posting one top-10, a T8. He currently plays on the Korn Ferry Tour. "Thomas Walsh’s impact on the Wildcat golf program is still present to this day, and we could not be happier for him on this huge accomplishment,” said Adam Schwartz, director of athletics and Varsity Golf coach. “Thomas is one of the greatest golfers to attend Westchester, and his accolades through the years on the youth, high school and collegiate levels were incredible. It is just as awesome to watch his determination to reach his goals on the professional tour.”
