Setliff, a local Realtor® since 1977, has had a long standing relationship with Westchester Country Day School for more than 42 years. He was a member of the school’s first graduating class and was instrumental in a nationwide search to find his 13 classmates in 2007 for their 35 th high school reunion, which he organized and planned. He also designed a website for his class: www.WA72.com. Setliff served as the head coach for the WCDS JV Girls’ Basketball team from 1980 – 1982 and as a member of the Westchester Alumni Council for many years. He has spent the last three decades working in the Triad real estate business, as a local community supporter, and as a national and international civic leader. Setliff was president of the High Point Realtor® Association in 1999, headed the Rotary International’s District 7690 office as District Governor in 1997 and 1998, and has served with many local clubs, boards and committees. He has volunteered to strengthen local charities and youth groups such as Crimestoppers of High Point, Big Brother/Big Sister, The ARC of High Point, North Carolina Youth Soccer Association, and the YMCA youth soccer leagues.
